Mary's main intent is to produce food that is not only fresh and flavoursome but also full of the passion, from pasta to sandwiches, breakfast, lunch and even take away dinners are covered. Feeling in a 'sweet' mood, enjoy the beautiful small cakes and patisseries too, made fresh daily.

Mary had a clear idea of what she wanted to capture for her brand identity - clean, simple and distinctive - to convey a sense of quality and stand out from other cafes.The outcome is a strong, simple logotype that establishes a feeling of quality and remains unique from the competition.The identity has successfully been applied to indoor and outdoor signage, a stamp and stickers to apply to the food packaging and displays.

Great identities aren't created overnight. We assisted New Energy to distill their brand essence through a series of brand identity workshops. We facilitated a discussion through all levels of the company until the foundation elements of the company (from their core values of sustainability, innovation and integrity to their core purpose and what makes them different) were uncovered.

Modun were looking to create a new visual brand for the fledgling coal company. As a Mongolian-focused coal explorer seeking to grow through exploration and acquisition, they needed a fresh identity to cut through the crowded coal exploration field. With excellent imagery and a desire to have a real Mongolia flavour, we developed an authentic stylised Mongolian bow and arrow, cleanly integrating with the letter 'd', together with a traditional and earthy colour scheme to create a clean, strong typographic brand identity.

Along with designing the Modun logo, we also completed business card, letterhead and with compliment designs – with the front of the business cards in English and the back in Mongolian (always fun working with translations in languages we don't understand!). We also continue to work with Modun on investor PowerPoint presentations and other internal templates.

Global Construction Services / Branded USB Flash Drive

GCS were looking for branded merchandise to be able to give away to clients as well as employees and also be able to deliver proposals and other information in digital format. We sourced these business card style USB thumb drives and created branded graphics for both sides of the card.

The quality of digital printing has improved leaps and bounds in recent years, it's now seen as the go-to option for short run printing. Colour consistency and fast lead times are words that put a smile on any graphic designers face! Optima Digital are a well-established digital printing and mailing company who supply it all using state of the art equipment and processes, unfortunately their brand was still dancing to the sounds of the 90’s and desperately needed some new threads! 

First thing to go was the name, out went Optima Digital and in came iprintplus, ‘i’ for information, ‘print’ because that’s what they do around the clock and ‘plus’ because there’s more to this company than just printing! The client wanted a modern, refreshing, colourful, dynamic logo in tune with the industry and engaging to clients. The ‘i’ became the focal point, it was stylised to form an abstract character, used as a stand-alone element and italicised to convey speed of delivery and service. Now for the specky part, because there’s more than one string to this company’s operations bow, we added a byline to the logo that can be changed as new services are added and marketed. Splashed with a full set of CMYK colours and a unique shade of lime green representing the environmental advantages digital printing offers, the logo covered all bases. 

Release the brand! What better than a personalised DL mailer with business card to introduce and show off the new look, printed, varnished, diecut, folded and mailed to clients, new and existing, in under 24hrs!
