Modun Identity, Logo & Stationery
Modun were looking to create a new visual brand for the fledgling coal company. As a Mongolian-focused coal explorer seeking to grow through exploration and acquisition, they needed a fresh identity to cut through the crowded coal exploration field. With excellent imagery and a desire to have a real Mongolia flavour, we developed an authentic stylised Mongolian bow and arrow, cleanly integrating with the letter 'd', together with a traditional and earthy colour scheme to create a clean, strong typographic brand identity.
Along with designing the Modun logo, we also completed business card, letterhead and with compliment designs – with the front of the business cards in English and the back in Mongolian (always fun working with translations in languages we don't understand!). We also continue to work with Modun on investor PowerPoint presentations and other internal templates.
